Refund Policy

Deposits
The $50 enrollment deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise approved in writing by ISHOT Security Academy management. The deposit secures your seat and is applied toward your tuition balance.
Rescheduling
Students may request to reschedule their class at no additional cost provided the request is submitted in writing at least 24 hours before the scheduled class start time. Same-day rescheduling requests may incur a $25 fee.
No-Shows
Students who do not attend their scheduled class without prior notice forfeit their deposit. Reinstatement requires a new deposit.
Refund Requests
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to ishotsecurityacademy@gmail.com with the student's full name, course, scheduled date, and reason for the request. Requests are reviewed within 5–7 business days.
Approved Refunds
Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method (Stripe, PayPal, or Zelle) within 7–10 business days after approval.
Final Discretion
All refund decisions are final and at the sole discretion of ISHOT Security Academy. Exceptions for verified medical emergencies, military deployment, or family emergencies may be considered with appropriate documentation.
